Busy, busy week..........bfl locks

I have been absent from blogland this week as
I have been making the most of a reasonably dry week in largs.

It takes me pretty much a whole week to clean, dye and
seperate locks and then dry a complete fleece.

This was my last Bluefaced leicester fleece before
this years clip.

Hopefully they will start making their way into shop on Tuesday.

Silk dupion and Thai silk ribbons....oh so lovely!

Over the weekend I have been fraying the beautiful
Dupion and Thai single ply slub silk
that I dyed on Friday......truly yummy!

This is the first time I have worked with the Thai silk
and it has the most wonderful handle and takes colour brilliantly!
