My model Hope ...... and my latest project

Hope does like to pose for the camera
unlike her Mum!

This is my first attempt at a felted scarf.
Combining wet felting and Needle felting.

I hand dyed the Wensleydale, silk, Bluefaced Leicester
and Alpaca myself.

I really love the colours but need to make a
slightly softer mix....even I admit it's a wee
bit itchy scratchy..... merino or perhaps
more alpaca would be a good combo.

I'd like to share it with

  9. This is absolutely gorgeous. My background is in textiles and I was so pleased when I came and saw this stunning felt scarf (perfectly modelled by your beautiful little girl!). What makes it even more special are the wonderful techniques you've used to create it. The flower is a beautiful finishing touch. I love it!!!
