Polkadoodles hidden element for a child

Enfys has challenged this week
at Polka Doodles to create a project with
a hidden element for a child.

I have used lots of fab elements from the Polkadoodles
magazine and crafting goodies pack available in WHSmiths
to decorate my box and envelope.
