Polkadoodles - Easel card

As the challenge this week

at Polka Doodles

is to create an Easel card,

I decided to give the twisted easel a go.

Will definitely use this format again.

All my elements can be found

in the fab Polka Doodles shop.

I Used the Double sprinkle of Kraft cd

for most of the elements, except the

check paper which is from the Wonderland Cd.

Coloured teddy with Promarkers.

Acrylic doodle dewdrops in

the centre of flower.

Martha Stewart punches

for butterflies and foliage.

The teddy is on a foldaway flap

and acts as a stay for

the easel format to hold it upright.

The weather is just too good...gardening.....

at the moment.

We are having such an amazing spell of weather.

I have spent most of last week working

Today Jacob is away fishing with my brother Angus

and Reubs and I took Caleb and Hope

to the soft play and then onto Nardini's

for an ice cream - which went down a treat.

I thought I'd share a few photo's

from our Cumbria break.

We were really lucky with the weather,

the barn conversion we stayed in was stunning

and loads to do for the kids!

Puzzling place is all to do with optical illusions!

We all loved this and above had to be my favourite -

for once in my life I was itty bitty!

Took me a while to master taking the photo -

what fun!

My little brother...the kids and a poem!

I thought I'd share this photo

bow on flower,

and a Basic Grey felt flower with button centre.
